    Hospitality

Someone with the gift of hospitality has the wonderful ability to extend a warm welcome to everyone. This can include roles like greeting visitors, preparing and serving the elements of the Lord's Supper, setting up refreshments for Fellowship Hour after worship services, as well as tidying up afterward. It might also be opening and closing the church on Sunday mornings or shoveling snow to make sure everyone arrives to a welcoming and safe space.

    Worship

Worship is at the heart of what we do. Singers, musicians, scripture readers, candle lighters, and prayer leaders come together each Sunday as a community of God's people. We also embrace various forms of worship through dramatic readings and visual arts. With our traditional choir and lively worship teams, there are countless opportunities to become involved in leading worship.

    Technology

Technology plays an invaluable role in our Sunday worship services. We have a small, dedicated team that operates the sound board, video camera, and projector, or acts as host at the Heritage River Retirement Residence, allowing our congregation to come together in worship both in person and online. Training is provided!

    Children & Youth

The Children's Worship leaders plan fun and engaging activities for kids in Kindergarten through Grade 8. These activities are focused on Bible stories and can include stories, crafts, or even science experiments!
