Hope Springs Forward: Your Voice, Our Future

Hope Springs United has successfully brought three congregations together and built a vibrant community. Next came the important question: where do we go from here?

Hope Springs Forward ensured everyone had a voice in that conversation. Over the course of 10 months, we explored questions that matter to our church family through regular, honest discussions. No committees, no votes, just space to share what's on our hearts.

People holding hands collectively, with a focus on their hands and wrists, some wearing rings and colorful sweaters, symbolizing support and connection.

How it worked:

Every 8 weeks, we explored a new question. We listened carefully to all input and shared what we heard with everyone - congregation and leadership alike. No decisions or plans, just honest insights shared back to everyone.

How we participated:

The process is complete. As a congregation, we shared our hopes and concerns with one another, and that input now belongs to the Finance Forward team as they begin building practical recommendations for our next steps.

Questions:

Question 4 As Hope Springs begins to make decisions about its future, what do you need to see, understand, or feel to be a part of those decisions?

Question 3 To live out our calling, what must we keep—and what can we let go of—when it comes to our building, time, money, and energy?

Question 2 As we keep growing together, what matters most to you about where we are headed?
