Inverhaugh Foodgrains Field Dedication

Did you know? Hope Springs works in partnership with 2 other local faith communities to "grow a crop" for the Canadian Foodgrains Bank.
How does it work? People donate seed, land, farming skill, and funds to grow a crop that is then sold and the proceeds are given to Canadian Foodgrains to support aid projects around the world.
What comes of it? Last year, the crop yielded nearly 42 tonnes of corn and sold for $9,500. With the addition of cash donations towards the project, over $13,000 was given to the Canadian Foodgrains.
How can you get involved? Join us as we dedicate the land that this crop will be grown on this year. Thursday, June 18th. 7:30 p.m. Meet at the corner of 4th Line East and Wellington Rd 21
